**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Welcoming and Interaction:
- Extend a warm welcome to clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information
2. Hospitality Experience:
- Leverage your experience from the hospitality and aviation sectors to enhance client interactions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of high-standard service delivery and anticipate client needs effectively
3. Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service
4. Front Desk Operations:
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting front desk area.
5. Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and various stakeholders.
6. Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address complex matters and ensure client satisfaction
7. Upselling and Promotion:
- Promote additional real estate services and offerings to enhance the client experience.
- Participate actively in initiatives aimed at providing comprehensive solutions.
8. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Collaborate with security personnel to address any safety concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badshahpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
