**Job Title**: Sales Field Executive
**Location**: Chennai, Trichy Dist ( South, West, East & North), Coimbatore, Vellore, Madurai, Sivagangai, Dindugal, Theni, Erode, Tiruppur, TV Malai, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Karur & Kumbakonam.
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Field Executive** to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Field Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in your designated region.
- **Field Sales & Business Development**:
- Actively engage with prospective customers through direct sales calls, meetings, and networking in your assigned region.
- Conduct cold-calling and outreach to identify new sales opportunities in various locations.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for each area.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure customers are fully satisfied with the company's products or services through regular follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, queries, and issues.
- **Product Presentations & Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s offerings.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Sales Reporting & Administration**:
- Regularly update sales activity reports, including new opportunities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotes as required.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Report key insights and suggest strategies to improve product positioning and sales tactics.
- Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to strategize and meet sales objectives.
- Share insights, feedback, and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Ensure that all paperwork (orders, contracts, etc.) is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Track and follow up on sales leads to ensure payment collection and resolve any overdue accounts.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven field sales experience (2-5years) in B2B or B2C environments.
Experience in industries such as FMCG, retail, technology, or other relevant sectors is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Education**:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license (if travel is required) and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
