**Job Title**: Sales Field Executive
**Location**: Chennai, Trichy Region, Coimbatore, Vellore, Madurai, Sivagangai, Dindugal, Theni, Erode, Tiruppur, TVMalai, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Karur and Thanjavur / Kumbakonam.
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Field Executive** to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Field Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in your designated region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Sales & Customer Acquisition**:
- Actively seek new customers within your assigned region through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with potential and existing clients in-person, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets and business goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly visit existing customers to ensure product satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and address client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader.
- Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and results using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting benefits and differentiators.
- Offer customized solutions based on client requirements and market conditions.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:
- Analyze competitor offerings and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales strategies.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare quotes, sales contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- Proven field sales experience (2-5 years) in B2B or B2C environments.
- Experience in industries such as FMCG, retail, technology, or other relevant sectors is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Education**:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license (if travel is required) and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
