- Providing the technical support to create and grow the Phillips’ Supply Chain Management (SCM) Services in India from a startup operation to a fully functioning profitable division that offers our customers the best value, meeting specifications, and on time delivery.
- Being the Inside Application/Sales Partner that is clearly responsible for the results and completely connected to what the organization has to quote for the USA customers resulting in continuous growth of revenues and great relationships with our India vendors**.****:

- Developing and executing outstanding quotes based on current and future market conditions. Utilizing and commanding MyCDT and CRM to facilitate the execution of my ever-evolving quoting plan.
- Being a Partner that is solution driven and capable of communicating to all parties involved which demonstrates that our services are truly valued and never questioned.
- Exhibiting such a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm for our services, and confidence in our company that our customers and vendors are convinced beyond all doubt that we are their only choice to provide total satisfaction with their supply chain requirements.
- Remembering that each day and each situation that I encounter provides an opportunity to learn something that will further my development as a leader and as a person on the path of virtuosity.
- Ingraining rapid paced Continuous Improvement in all that we do, both incremental and transformational.
- Expecting the best from myself at all times as well as from all other partners in our company.
- Letting the concept of legendary value be the driving force in all my decisions regarding my customers. I will conduct business each day with the goal of 100% complete customer satisfaction with any tool available - if there are no tools available, I will create them.
