Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing our clients' supply chain processes and leveraging Oracle Fusion SCM applications to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within the supply chain function.

- Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications to align with client requirements, including setting up business rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system integrations.

- Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new Oracle Fusion SCM system, providing guidance on system usage, best practices, and process changes.

- Data Migration and Integration: Participate in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to migrate legacy data into the Oracle Fusion SCM system.

- Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise systems as needed.

- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including troubleshooting issues, addressing user inquiries, and implementing system enhancements or customizations.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM are a plus.

- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules in a consulting or corporate environment.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.

- Experience in configuring application settings, business rules, workflows, and integrations within Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.

- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques, as well as system integration methods.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion SCM.
