**SUMMARY OF ROLE**

As a Procurement Admin you will be responsible to manage the complete project procurement Admin

activities from quote to cash, be an active and effective project team member Engage with proposal,

Finance, Legal, Project & Warehouse teams in establishing the PO Information &. Collaborate with

category managers & Procurement engineers.

**Factor I: Accountability**
- Perform DDQ & CVDH activities related to new vendor registration in Emerson system.
- Verification of all received vendor documents and follow up with vendor/procurement engineer on missing documents if any
- Submission of vendor registration request in CVDH system.
- Follow up with SCM, Finance & Legal for DDQ & CVDH related approvals
- Submit any vendor related amendments request in CVDH system and follow up with concerned parties for completion of request.
- Create all type of PO in Emerson ERP System upon receiving request from any procurement engineer.
- Check for completeness of PR (Supplier, Delivery Date, JDE Codes, HSN code, Quantity, Supplier Address, Descriptions, etc)
- Co-ordinate with Project Admin team on creation of PRs. If required.
- Linking of SO line numbers to PO line numbers
- Linking of SP line numbers to PO line numbers
- Co-ordinate with Project Admin, Project Managers, Procurement engineers, Warehouse on amendments of all Order types.
- Extraction & formatting of open and closed purchase order report from ERP system and circulate the same to concerned parties
- Extract overdue open PO report from system and take action to close the same.
- Providing support to all PMs & Buyers on any query related to all Orders
- Impart ERP system training to newly hired procurement engineers.
- Provide & maintain data to SCM team for spend analysis, Benchmarking, scorecard, or any other requirements.
- Support Procurement engineer when needed for expediting vendor deliveries.

**Factor II: Knowledge and Skills**
- Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s in Science or Commerce discipline
- Minimum Experience of 3-5 years in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, valve industry, Project Based Companies preferred
- Well conversant with Purchase orders & Contracts drafting
- Good knowledge Systems used for PO & accounting
- Good knowledge of MS office, word & PowerPoint etc.
- Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting and corrective action.
- Effective collaboration with project team members

**Factor III: Supervision**
- Supervision of own work, with respect to Quality and Productivity
- Able to estimate efforts for the assigned work
- Provide timely escalation in case of challenges to Quality, Budget, and Schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per year
