We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our brand and sales consulting agency. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients, with a focus on Google Ads, social media ads, organic marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering marketing sessions and providing guidance to our internal teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions for our clients.
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage and grow organic marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), content optimization, and website performance tracking.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
- Conduct marketing training sessions for internal teams, ensuring they have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide accurate cost estimations for client campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, social media ads, organic marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns, and proficiency in social media ad platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of organic marketing strategies, SEO principles, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing concepts to clients and deliver engaging marketing sessions to internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and website analytics platforms.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
