Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the consultancy's administrative functions. Duties may include:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinating appointments for consultations, interviews, and other meetings between clients and education counselors or advisors.
- **Financial Administration**: Assisting with financial matters such as processing payments, issuing invoices, and keeping track of financial records related to client transactions.
- **Office Management**: Overseeing general office tasks such as managing supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring that office equipment is properly maintained.
- **Assisting Counselors**: Providing administrative support to education counselors or advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and assisting with client follow-ups.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to overseas education consultancy services, including immigration and visa requirements.
- **Event Coordination**: Assisting with the organization and coordination of events such as seminars, workshops, or education fairs aimed at attracting prospective clients.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
