**Job Title: Recruiting Operations Associate**

**Working Days and Timings**:Monday to Saturday, starting from 10am - 7pm

**Work Location**:Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Note - We’re preferring a graduate fresher for this position

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wishes to contribute to the growth and success of innovative companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing recruiting strategies to improve interview-to-selection ratio.
- Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and information dissemination effectively.
- Provide support to the founder in various projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations as required.
- Assist in researching and identifying potential customers, developing relationships with key decision makers, and providing customer service and support.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of the firms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Confident, Self-starter, keen to learn, and quickly execute result-driven strategies.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic and a "do-what-it takes" mindset to execute the strategy.
