**Job Role**: Recruitment Associate

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the founder in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring companies (employers), including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with business development initiatives, including market research, client outreach, and proposal preparation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience within recruiting firms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on non-recruiting tasks to support business objectives.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
