**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardner to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Gardner, your primary responsibility will be to visit our clients' locations and provide exceptional gardening services. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise, enhance outdoor spaces, and contribute to creating beautiful landscapes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Visits: Visit 5-6 clients daily at their designated locations to perform gardening tasks as per their requirements.

2. Garden Maintenance: Conduct routine garden maintenance activities, including watering, weeding, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing, to ensure the gardens are well-maintained and visually appealing.

3. Plant Care: Monitor the health of plants, identify any diseases or pest infestations, and provide appropriate treatments or recommendations to ensure plant vitality and longevity.

4. Landscaping: Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects, including planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining existing landscape features.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of gardening tools and equipment, reporting any issues or repairs needed.

7. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their gardening concerns, providing expert advice, and offering recommendations for garden improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Gardner or similar role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of plants, their care requirements, and common gardening practices.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks to meet daily client visit targets.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor associated with gardening tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing landscapes.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client preferences and garden styles.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to client locations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices related to gardening tasks.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
