Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales / Growth Manager at The Mind Garden, you will play a pivotal role in driving footfall to our mental health clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with medical professionals, including doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, and other healthcare providers.

2. Educating medical professionals about the services offered at The Mind Garden and the benefits of referring patients to our clinic.

3. Visiting hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to promote our services and build relationships with healthcare professionals.

4. Negotiating referral agreements and partnership terms with medical practitioners, including discussing referral percentages and other incentives.

5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the medical community.

6. Conducting presentations and workshops for medical professionals to increase awareness of mental health issues and available treatment options.

7. Tracking and analyzing referral data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

8. Providing regular updates to the management team on partnership development and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in mental health or related fields.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.

- Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and tracking leads.

Reporting Structure:

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Partnerships & the Founder at The Mind Garden.
