**Role Overview**

As a rapidly growing social enterprise, we are seeking a highly motivated and B2B experienced **Brand Partnerships Associate** to be part of our team in a full-time capacity and support the management of our largest brand partners. You will **develop**, **nurture** and **execute** targeted engagement campaigns with existing & new business customers, primarily CPG and FMCG companies to **enable client retention and growth**.

Your key focus will be on developing client relationships and servicing our current pipeline through high-touch engagements leveraging HubSpot, Asana and similar tools to improve client retention. You will work closely with our internal team, prominent clients, CPG brand representatives, and other relevant stakeholders. The purpose of such campaigns is to build end-consumer awareness for plastic neutrality / verified plastic recovery as a concept for our existing key customers [CPG/FMCG Brands] based in North America & Europe, while undertaking market explorations to identify related, burning customer needs that we can solve.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Support the planning and execution activities for key brand partnerships** - creation of presentations, documentation and collation of resources.
- ** Liaison with a variety of external stakeholders and partners** to support ad hoc requests and scheduled monthly and quarterly meetings.
- ** Manage key documentation** ensuring partner information is recorded, accurate and up to date.
- ** Coordinate and collaborate **with other teamswithin rePurpose Global (Impact, Marketing, Finance) on necessary assets for partners (project data, marketing collateral and reporting).
- ** Lead the relationship** with an India-based brand partner, ensuring an excellent partner experience.
- ** Utilize Hubspot and Asana **to manage partner information and projects.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- ** Past work experience in sustainability, start-up or adjacent sectors (preferred),** such as consumer packaged goods, social entrepreneurship, and international development
- ** Past experience in B2B customer management/support**:

- Qualifications such Bachelors in either Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications or Advertising are required
- The ability to** prioritize various projects and work to tight deadlines **in a rapidly changing environment
- A knack for **organizing and presenting data** in concise, understandable and scalable formats
- ** Strong knowledge of key account management tools** such as Hubspot, Asana, Canva and G-Suite
- ** Quick learner** with the ability to understand and absorb large amounts of technical concepts and information
- ** Adapt well to the fast-paced dynamic nature** of a startup environment, with specific acumens such as rapid prototyping, resourcefulness and creative problem solving
- Distinctly passionate about environmental sustainability and socioeconomic development

**Location**

We have most of our team members in New York - US, London - UK, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai - India. However, for this position we are prioritizing applicants based out of Bangalore, India (Flexibility to work with overlaps across time zones is required).
