**Job Title: Customer Support Representative - Inbound Process**

**Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai**

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our customer support team as Customer Support Representatives for the inbound process. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries through various communication channels. The role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi, and a passion for assisting customers.

**Responsibilities for Fresher**:

- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their concerns.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure a positive resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and processes to effectively address customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements for Fresher**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (2023 Batch.. with Provissional certificate can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools and software.

**Responsibilities for Experienced**:

- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and provide expert assistance to resolve complex issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to optimize customer support operations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to provide up-to-date information to customers.

**Requirements for Experienced**:

- Proven experience in customer support or related roles in the inbound process.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
