Life Insurance Agent

_**Responsibilities**:_
- To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
- To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
- To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need-based solutions for customers
- To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained daily.
- **Key Performance Indicators**:_
- New agent acquisition Target Achievement = 100%
- New Business Target Achievement = 100%
- Renewal Business >= 80%
- PFA Activation Target Achievement = 100%
**QUALIFICATION**:
- 10th Pass Minimum Qualification, proficiency in MS Excel
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added advantage

- Good Communication skills (English & Local language)

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
