**Junior Sales Development Representative**
**Job Description**:
As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our sales team. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, company databases, events, and inbound inquiries.
- Qualification:
Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our products/services.
Ask probing questions to understand the prospect's pain points, challenges, and buying process.
Evaluate the prospect's budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to qualify opportunities accurately.
- Relationship Building:
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through effective communication and active listening.
Provide relevant information about our company, products/services, and value proposition to educate prospects and address their needs.
- Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Coordinate calendars and logistics to ensure smooth scheduling and attendance for both parties.
- Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline generation to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales role is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
