CRM Executive

Primary responsibility of the CRM Executive will be 1) Collections 2) Customer Relationship Management 3) Home Loans and APF processing 4) MIS reporting
This person will be complete owner for the assigned blocks for following day to day responsibilities:
1) Taking over customers once the sale is completed
2) Welcome calls, mails, progress updates on constructions and developments
3) Explanation of payment schedule, payment process, home loan processing
4) Ensuring the complete collection targets are being achieved month on month
5) documentation, customer file management, working with accounts, legal, finance and management for various approvals and sign offs
6) Managing relationship with various home loan banks to have smooth process for loan disbursals
7) Maintaining, updating and presenting MIS reports to the HOD and management as required
8) Good experience and maturity to manage team below
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
