About Us:
Vrriksha Healthcare is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated CRM & Helpdesk Executive to join our team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for managing our CRM tool, chatbot, and scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

- Completed Graduation with relevant experience in CRM and helpdesk management.
- Proficient in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Prior experience with CRM tools and chatbots.
- Ability to work with numerical data for decision-making.
- Located within a 10km radius of our clinic in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the clinic's CRM tool and chatbot.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with Physiotherapists.
- Utilize analytics tools for performance assessment and improvements.
