**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate CRM Specialist to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to optimize lead generation, nurture client relationships, and drive sales for our real estate company. You will play a key role in ensuring our CRM system is efficient and provides valuable insights to improve our overall sales & marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead capture, qualification, and distribution.
- Create and manage automated workflows and campaigns within the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Maintain clear and concise client records, including property preferences, communication history, and transaction details.
- Provide training and support to other team members on CRM functionality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **2-4 years of experience in the real estate industry (required).**:

- Proven experience managing a CRM system
- Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) (required).
- Experience with real estate specific CRM features a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
