Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer and Dealer Support**: Handle complaints and service requests from customers and dealers promptly and professionally. Ensure all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
- **Spare Parts Management**: Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely availability of parts needed for repairs and replacements.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with technicians and service personnel to schedule repairs and maintenance. Ensure all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and dealers regarding the operation and maintenance of AC and ventilation products.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including complaints, parts used, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on service performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Must Have Knowledge of HVAC industry.

- Hold 2-3 years of Experience.
