**What You'll Do**
- Provide chat support to customers during night hours (7 PM - 7 AM), ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Assist users with queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer clear, effective solutions.
- Communicate feedback to the tech team to help enhance our products.
- Keep records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to deliver excellent customer service.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to stay attentive and focused during night shifts.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
- Experience in chat support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with tech and AI products is a plus.
