Front Office Assistant

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (stationery, forms, brochures etc.)
- Greet clients/visitors and make them feel valued.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Issue, check, and collect badges as necessary and maintain visitor logs.
- Check availability of meeting rooms.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, when needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
