Customer Support Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
- Willingness to relocate for a one-month training period
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
