Onsite Representative

We are looking for an Onsite Representative for our growing business in Bangalore.
As an Onsite Representative you will be responsible for the management of line side media at assigned customers and their sites. This is a hands-on role and requires both strong IT skills as well as involvement in the handling and delivery of parts. Duties will include:
- Timely scanning and download of all replenishment requirements.
- Receipt and distribution of all products from Incora.
- Liaise with Customer to resolve day-to-day supply issues.
- Liaise with internal functions to resolve day-to-day supply issues.
- Assist in the physical implementation of new line-side locations or line side media.
- Ensure effective housekeeping of on-site accommodation and line side media.
- Be responsible for producing and issuing of reporting metrics
- Analyse internally produced data to identify supply chain issues
- The role demands that the job holder is able to communicate at differing levels within Incora and the customer’s organization. There may be a need to attend formal operational review meetings representing Incora
- The on-site representative is the first point of contact between the customer and Incora. The perception of Incora as a company is greatly influenced by the customers’ impression given by the on-site representative.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role (Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution) with a confident approach to handling aerospace materials/parts
- A strong, confident communication, able to build relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers alike, with keen listening skills to determine and understand customer requirements.
- Confident user of the MS Office package with a quick learning approach to internal systems.
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations around the Bangalore area between 3-5 days a week.
