Allocating services calls and coordinate with services operation to ensure that they are properly attended to
Organising the engineer until they reach the customer place & getting updated whether the calls are completed or not.
Incase customer calls are not completed there is a need to reallocate the same call.
Prepare the quotation and sent to customers.
Create and maintain data base of all customers with continuous updation
Track prospective customers for AMC /other paid services contracts
Maintaining master database of services contracts, customer details with feedback
Collecting the call report from engineers & update in the CRM on daily basis.
Organize data entry for reporting and control
AMC Follow up.
Once the customer material is received, immediately release the job card entry
On-going upgradation of knowledge and skill sets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (required)
