MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.

**Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role)**

**Age Criteria: 20 to 29 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls
- Initiate calls to converted customers to gather feedback on their experience with MrMed.
- Make proactive calls to customers to remind them about upcoming refills or service renewals.
- Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
- Document feedback accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care
