Talent Acquisition Coordinator

**Company Description**
- The job involves managing operations across multiple countries.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across time zones to schedule formal interviews, including making room bookings and sending accurate confirmations.
- Update Internal Reports daily.
- Help support and improve the employee referral program.
- Managing the advertising of vacancies. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Maintain records of all recruitment activities, including interview notes and communication.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support hiring events in terms of planning and coordination.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field
- 1-3 Experience of working in the recruiting industry.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition. Proven Interview coordination experience within a complex corporate environment matrix using Outlook and MS Teams
- Prior experience in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Preferred experience working with Smart Recruiters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem Solving Capability. High attention to detail
- Ability to work with Diverse and cross-functional stakeholders.
