We are actively seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find and hire the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recruitment and a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques. What you'll do: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments. Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees by ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This includes coordinating orientation activities, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming onboarding experience. Assist in the planning & execution of the organizational L&D (Learning & Development) program at Pad Care.  What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
