PadCare is a forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainable solutions. We are actively seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find and hire the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recruitment and a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques.


What you'll do:


  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees by ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This includes coordinating orientation activities, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Assist in the planning & execution of the organizational L&D (Learning & Development) program at PadCare. 


What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
