**Responsibilities & Duties: -**

1. Attending all incoming calls and call back to customers if it is missed or received post working hours.

2. Collecting customer details and their requirement and assigning it to respective service managers

4. Follow-ups with customers for approval to resolve complaints.

5. Coordinating with External Call management team and CRM team to address any technical issues.

6. MIS reports like ticket reports, Pending ticket reports and feedback reports.

7. Raising manual tickets as and when required.

8. Escalating the issue related to service to the management level and rectifying it on or before given time.

9. Develop strong relationships with customers.

10. Attend all product-training sessions to know more about the products.

**Skills requires: -**
- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, efficient & quick to respond.
- Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
