_**Sales & Customer Care Executive**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to promote our healthcare and medical equipment products/services.
- Utilize your knowledge of healthcare and medical equipment to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Engage in active listening and effective communication to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills to build rapport with potential customers and provide them with a positive experience.
- Demonstrate strong conversion skills to convert leads into sales and achieve sales targets.
- Leverage your background in healthcare, insurance, or real estate to effectively communicate the value of our products/services to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and sales data into the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs and contribute to overall company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to provide informed recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or real estate sectors.
- Solid understanding of healthcare and medical equipment, including basic knowledge of relevant terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Telugu would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales calls and convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
