Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Executive to join our CRM department. This role is ideal for someone who deeply values Customer care, Support and the delivery of outstanding service experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to long-term customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


- A deep understanding of the importance of customer loyalty and retention

- Experience in the Service-Based Industry is a Plus.

- Prioritize Customer Happiness & Satisfaction

- Personalized Customer Interactions

- Build Customer Trust and Credibility

- Tele-calls and direct interaction with clients require excellent language communication skills.

- Excellent conversational skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi

- Feedback and Continuous Improvement

- Monitor customer interactions and transactions to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

- Identify potential new leads through interactions and referrals.
