Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Back Office) - Computer, Server, Network, and Storage SalesLocation: Chennai, India (Company based out of Mumbai)Job Summary:
1. Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring all customer information, sales activities, and interactions are accurately recorded and up to date.
3. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange timely product deliveries and manage inventory levels to fulfill customer requirements.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information related to products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
5. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolution of any billing discrepancies.
6. Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and other events.
7. Prepare and present sales performance reports and dashboards to the management team on a regular basis.
8. Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and strategies.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales coordination activities.Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or related back-office role.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
8.
