Sales and Client Relationships at Music Studio

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales and Client Relations at the Recording Studio, your role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, creative directors, production heads, labels, and advertising agencies. You will be responsible for promoting our services, finding new business opportunities, and closing deals to bring projects and leads to the studio. Your primary focus will be on paid artist collaborations, such as the production of singles, EPs, and albums, as well as long-duration voice-over projects like dubbing projects.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Hardworking and dedicated to achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
2. Social, Friendly with a Positive and Optimistic attitude.
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills, highly persuasive and convincing.
4. Energetic and enthusiastic about making things happen.
5. Persevering and determined, with a ‘never give up’ mindset.
6. Proven experience in sales, client relations, or business development, preferably in the music industry. Good knowledge of the independent music and hip-hop/rap space will be an added advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by the Recording Studio and stay updated on the evolving market landscape.
2. To establish relationships and tie ups with artists, managers / management firms, creative directors / ad agencies, and project heads / production houses, for long term projects.
3. Actively search and close deals and new bring business opportunities, while maintaining regular communications with clients to understand their needs and convince potential leads of the value in our services.
4. Collaborate with the studio reception to coordinate studio visits and session bookings and ensure a smooth client experience.
5. Act as a representative of the Recording Studio, showcasing our professionalism and dedication to clients.
