We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by connecting with leads and converting them into successful clients. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our IT services can address their challenges and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.

2. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with leads to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

3. Solution Presentation: Present our IT services and solutions in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to potential clients.

4. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospects by demonstrating genuine interest, providing relevant insights, and offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.

5. Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to sales by listening attentively to client concerns, offering expert advice, and guiding them through the decision-making process.

6. Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and expectations.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.

8. Post-Sales Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale, addressing any concerns or inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
