Global Nutritional Corporation is a US-based company specializing in food, pharma, and nutraceutical ingredients. We are a growing company seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to lead our expansion into the U.S. market.

**Job Summary**

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between working from our Hyderabad office and remotely. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the U.S. market.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify and generate leads for potential U.S. customers.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales plan for the U.S. market.
- Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing U.S. customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value proposition of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Manage and track sales performance against targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food, pharma, or nutraceutical industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in marketing research techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Any degree or a degree in Pharmacy or an MBA in Marketing

**Salary and Benefits**
- Competitive salary and benefits package (Rs. 7-8 LPA depending on experience)
