Job description

Pre-Sales & Sales
- Entering order in SAP and ensure that all technical, commercial, insurance and financial details are accurately detailed
- Sharing Sales contracts with customer in coordination with Sales Manager
- Follow-up with customer for Advance payment / LC
- Maintain Mast Data of all the businesses concluded and follow up on contracts.
- To maintain relationship with the order management team for smooth functioning.
- Monitor enquires received and follow up as required

Production Status
- Ensure team follow up of production status + update to customers / stakeholders when required.
- Circulate a Weekly order status and servicing report.
- Keep regular relations with N+1, Finance team for payments follow up.

Shipment (for direct business & open terms)
- Coordinate with the Mills for ensuring all the documents are well received post shipment and original documents are sent to customers / Bank as per mandate of financial instruments.
- Coordinate as necessary in progressing where special action is required to avoid delay in critical situations.
- Keep Customers informed of delivery lead times and liaise with supply chain functions
- Create reports & orderbook status
- Follow up with customers for Payment

Rules and Procedure
- Ensure day to day administrative rules and procedures are strictly respected and followed
- Check accuracy of pricing on all documentation.
- Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports to support management

Team Collaboration
- To provide back up and cover for the fellow order management colleagues when required.
- Flexible on work timings.

Applicant attributes
- Bachelor minimum, orientation business administration, logistics, international commerce or related fields
- Attention to details, preciseness, and accuracy
- Knowledge of Import / Export documentation
- Assistance & administration planning
- Knowledge of SAP SD
- Very good command of Excel
- Understanding the supply chain
- Understanding steel products
- Able to communicate with overseas mill / Co-ordination team
- Comprehension & awareness of commercial & economic matters
- Customer focus and relationship building (internal & external)
- Strong team spirit
- Flexibility and pro-activity
- Organized & autonomous
- Global view in complex situations
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration / contract management field for industrial companies
- Fluency in English, any other language is considered as an advantage.
