ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager with 10-15 years’ experience to help us develop & achieve our growth strategies. It's a rare opportunity to own & shape sales at a regional level.
Reporting to APAC head office, you’ll be responsible for our subsidiary based in Mumbai. On a day-to-day basis you will be running our India Sales Team, coordinating distribution and supporting our key accounts.
THE ROLE
The India Sales Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving Quin Global's growth in the Indian market in alignment with the Asia Pacific (APAC) strategy. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of the Quin India entity, focusing on regional EBITDA growth, revenue generation,
The role involves direct line responsibility for all sales staff based in Quin India, encompassing strategic planning, key account management, distribution growth and team management. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the Indian market, and proven experience in driving tactical growth.

To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, a strong problem-solver & have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The experience & skills you’ll need include:
- Proven success in a sales management role
- High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Degree qualified
- Key Account Experience
- A local knowledge of distribution channels
- Adhesive experience
- Composite or lamination Industry experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce ) as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- A genuine collaborative team player that forms great relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Outstanding planning, organisational & leadership skills
This is a full-time role based in our office located in Mumbai.
