1. Develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and escalate customer issues as necessary
3. Work with the team to investigate, monitor and resolve customer complaints
4. Assist in the development of customer success plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
5. Manage customer inquiries and provide informed responses
6. Collect and analyze customer data to help inform business decisions
7. Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to improve the customer experience
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
