Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and identifying their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to present our offerings and discuss their requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to enhance overall performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
