Contact Centre Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma (HSC) or graduate degree.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,211.95 - ₹30,596.09 per month
