**Job Overview**:
Tech 24 Systems is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Computer Sales and Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their computer-related needs, from sales and consultations to servicing and technical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Consultation**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their computing needs and requirements.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Showcase our range of computer systems, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and accessories.

2. **Technical Service and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and peripherals.
- Perform computer and device repairs, upgrades, and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work.

3. **Customer Support**:

- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, both in-store and remotely.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers on proper usage, maintenance, and security best practices.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product offerings.
- Conduct training and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of new products.

5. **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in managing and replenishing inventory, keeping track of stock levels, and placing orders when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or computer-related education is a plus.
- Proven experience in computer sales, service, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.).
- A+ Certification or similar technical certifications are a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role involves working in a retail environment and may require standing for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of computer equipment may be necessary.
