Help Desk Support

Provide a single point of contact for an incident ticket
- Monitor the helpdesk tool for open and pending tickets raised by end users
- Receive incidents, change requests, and queries from end users or IT staff through one of the agreed modes of communication
- Assign the incidents to appropriate technical group and categorize into appropriate severity or priority group
- Route calls to the vendors in case of issues pertaining to vendors
- Log tickets generated by alerts in the tools
- Update incident status to users periodically and as per the communication standards
- Reporting and Documentation
- Some basic knowledge about SAP / MES Support
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
