**Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management and Training**:
- Attendance monitoring and coordination of security and housekeeping staff.
- Ensuring proper training for staff through vendor coordination.
**Facilities Maintenance**:
- Oversight of regular cleaning of office spaces and monitoring premises cleanliness.
- Maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and building structures.
**Vendor Management**:
- Processing vendor payments and maintaining relationships with approved vendors.
- Coordinating services, negotiations, and logistics with vendors.
**Financial Coordination**:
- Maintaining petty cash statements and checking vendor invoices.
- Collaborating with the finance team for expenditure forecasting and logistics flow.
**Administrative Support**:
- Managing office logistics such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
- Organizing refurbishments, service appointments for electrical/plumbing issues, and rent payments.
**Travel Support**:
- Manage efficiently end-to-end travel arrangements for employees by covering flights, accommodations, transport, and itineraries.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office technology tools.
- Demonstrated experience in handling diverse administrative tasks.
- Strong interest and willingness to contribute beyond day-to-day administrative duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of specialized administrative support experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and unstructured startup environment.
