**YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS**:
For the growth of our Operations Team, we are looking for a Front Desk / Admin & Accounts Executive.

Your key responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees.
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors and employees.
- Ensure security by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access.
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Assist in office supply management and procurement.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Help organize company events and meetings.
- Support People & Culture processes such as new employee onboarding.
- Ensure data quality with regards to time bookings, travel expenses and basic bookkeeping.
- Support the definition & execution of financial & operational processes.
- Provide office support including customer & employee support.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
You enjoy working in a professionally managed start-up and have fun working together to achieve success through your passion and commitment.
- University degree or relevant work experience in a similar position
- Profound knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of accounting, taxes and finance
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office (highly proficient in MS Excel) as well experience with SAP
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Agility, flexibility and enjoying teamwork
