**Job Profile -**

Brief plan and strategies, for Achieving Business Targets as per Mutual understating between Management and GM Marketing & Sales.

Responsible for mapping potential customers and generate leads
- Responsible for sales promotion and lead conversations
- Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans.
- Forecasts to achieve corporate objective Plans
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs market channel development activity.
- Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Responsible for revenue generation from marketing products and ensure yields across products.

Responsible for interacting with technical support and commercial/pricing matters

Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability

Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing/sales to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and Target objectives
- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, sales forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
- Periodically review Marketing Executive, performance and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
- Conduct regular meeting with Marketing/sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
- Conduct training seminars as per the requirement of regions.
- Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from Marketing Executive and also feedback
- Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with operation of the respective Marketing Executives
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
- Motivate and monitor Marketing/sales representatives on marketing and sales activities
- Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
- Depending on the employer and the demands of the job, may work some long days, late nights, and weekends.
- Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Marketing& Sales Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Maintain the Business Development databases
- Responsible for Dispatch Department, to monitor & control the activities.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
