**A) Purpose of the Role**

1. Responsible for attending all type of service/maintenance/repair

2. Customer Satisfaction

3. Giving proper feedback to seniors about the service

4. Generation of Revenue through Service

**B) Key Deliverables**

1. Responsible for installation and giving demo on how to use weighing scales to the customers who have purchased new scales.

2. Attending Regular Servicing of the Weighing Scales indoor as well as outdoor as per the allotted service calls.

3. Attending the Service calls received from the customers to identify problems and give possible and effective solution to the problems so that it may not repeat again.

4. Giving Demo to customers indoor as well as outdoor based on the customer requirement.

5. Calibrating the Weighing equipments as per the standards.

6. Completing the service formalities for getting certification from the statutory authorities.

7. Responsible for convincing the customer for replacement of weighing scale if it is outdated and not serviceable

8. Finding the opportunities for cross selling our products for additional requirement/up gradation requirement of the customers

9. Giving input to sales regarding new requirement of the customers

10. Market and Competitor Analysis wherever possible

11. Getting reference from Existing customers

12. Responsible for creating opportunity for Stamping

13. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service & delivery issues

14. Maintaining tools, test equipment and ensuring that they are proper calibrated.

**(E) Desired Background**

1. At least Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

2. Knowledge about weighing machines

3. Should have worked as Customer Support Engineer at least for 1 year

4. Willingness to travel

5. Should be Ethical & Trust Worthy

1. Knowledge about concepts of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics

2. Knowledge about Weighing Scales

3. Statutory provisions related to Weighing Scale Industry & legal metrology

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
