**Job Title**: Recruiter (Broking Industry)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

5. Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

10. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a seamless transition into the organization.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the broking or financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of broking industry terminology, roles, and functions.

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.

8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

9. Professional certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
