Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to identify and attract top technical talent. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions across various levels and technical domains.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and track their progress through the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to identify the best candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide insights and recommendations.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to joining.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills using various channels, including , job boards, and other professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in extending job offers.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws in India.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
- Strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts.
