**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to identify areas for improvement and help enhance the overall customer experience.
- Checking Cred orders. To arrange the delivery on time.
- Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
- NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and re-attempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
- Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.
- Maintain your availability for our customers. (One week off per week)
